The aim of our project is to work with pre-service and in-service teachers in 5 countries (UK, Germany, Finland, Turkey and Bulgaria) to help improve their teaching by video-recording their lessons and reflecting about their practices. For this purpose, we use the innovative VEO app which allows users to observe, record and tag videos in order to gather evidence of their teaching actions. By watching and analysing the recording with a colleague, teachers can engage in critical discussions about their pedagogical behaviour and choices. Teachers can also use VEO to monitor and assess their students’ learning.
